Professor Richard D. Suttie
We are honored to have Rich Suttie serve as Honorary Principal and Chair of the Advisory Board at Amazing Grace Christian School.
A former Assistant Dean at the USC Marshall School of Business, Mr. Suttie led executive MBA and leadership programs that shaped global business leaders.
A U.S. Navy Captain (Ret.) with 26 years of service, he also chaired one of the Midwest’s most respected private Christian K–12 school. Today, as founder of TalentMotives, he continues to pioneer motivation science and AI-driven talent development.
His cross-disciplinary leadership and lifelong dedication to education reflect the mission and values of AGCS.

Dr. Cici Yang
Dr. Cici Yang, founder and Head of School of Amazing Grace Christian School, is a respected educator and devoted Christian leader. She holds two doctoral degrees from prestigious universities and has served as a professor at Nankai University, as well as a postdoctoral research fellow and associate professor at the University of California, San Diego (UCSD), before dedicating herself fully to Christian education.
Under her leadership, AGCS students have achieved remarkable academic success in both national and international competitions.
As a mother, scholar, and educator Dr. Yang believes true education shapes both the mind and the heart, nurturing students to live with purpose and bring glory to God in all they do.
